Hi Kris,

Have you tried the Intel GB NIC support from NICPAK ? I also tried the 
IBM GB Nic support on my T42 and it didn't work - the Intel GB NIC 
support from NICPAK did.

I think the IBM GB NIC support is actually Broadcom now, not Intel.
