Actually, Yes....if you have the patience to look in XXX many boxes.
This happens in BINKLEY but in no other program so all I want it to do is, 
listen to a buzy for a couple of seconds then redial instead of listening, 
waiting for the buzy tone to expire and then hang up in that silence with "NO 
CARRIER".
