I had a problem. Kindof. I found that any partition that's completely
above the 1024 cyls cannot be booted by Boot Manager.
I have 3 partitions. A Boot Manager at the begining of the disk. Then
a 1023.6 meg partition that's FAT and has PC-DOS installed. Then the
rest of the drive is an HPFS partition with OS/2 installed.
I found that if the OS/2 partition was installed COMPLETELY past the
1024 cyls, it wouldn't boot. Same as if the PC-DOS partition was put
above 1024 cyls, it wouldn't boot.
So I had to make the DOS partition smaller than 1024 cyls so the OS/2
partition can be within part of the space below 1024 cyls.
