mail. He is usually a fair guy and the fellow that sent in the abuse was 
OFFICIALLY warned to use the netmail to continue the conversation and chose 
to ignore it.  I don't want you to be next!  The moderator is the boss, and 
Mark is a soft touch as moderators go:-)
