Discussion of countries' indebtedness is NOT an environmental issue.
There was no mention of environmental damage, assessments or cleanups...
There was mention of military intervention and other UN items but NOT the 
environment.  Now in this message from you, is mentioned the environment in 
an attempt to get on topic and continue the thread.
Wanna keep on discussing UN policies and indebtedness, then make SURE it has 
something to do with the environment, not other projects or fields of 
discussion!
