Honestly, I've heard pretty much the same thing.  I know people who work with 
them on one squad and come back to the Ferno "one-person" gurneys at my 
squad.  They all say that the Ferno is easier to work with, both in terms of 
weight and bulk.  Besides that, I don't want to put a bumble bee in the back 
of my rig.
