It would appear that you, Gene, and Monte all have a cognitive problem with
understanding the difference between an empirical observation and the
erroneous conclusions some people might draw therefrom.  I never questioned
the "facts", only the conclusions drawn or implied by Monte
therefrom, i.e. democrats are better for the economy and better for fiscal
restraint.

The "facts" are that World War I, World War II, Korea, Viet Nam
all were either completely and totally begun and/or prosecuted to their
peaks by Democrat Presidents.   In Korea and Viet Nam it took Republican
presidents
to bring an end to the wars.  (Not sure about World War I)

From these "facts", which are every bit "facts" as the
once you, Gene, and Monte are glorifying, one could conclude that Democrat
Presidents get us involved in major wars and or prosecute major wars with
substantial troops, deaths, money, etc. about 100% of the time, and that it
takes a republican to get the country out of the mess the demos start.  One
could also conclude from these "facts" that democrats completely
suck at:  Foreign Policy, building international coalitions to avoid war,
maintaining the peace and securing the defense of the USA.

Those are the "facts", no ideology involved!!  Isn't that how you
put it Judy?
