Well if it makes you feel any better the 2ghz to 200mhz
comparison isn't _really_ a factor of 20. Each doubling of
processor speed produces an actual increase in productivity of
50% or less and at 1ghz to 2ghz the difference has dropped
considerably lower than 50% in real computing power. 

Bus speeds, video buffers and speed, and better/faster hard
drives account for a great deal of the perceived increase in
processing power between older machines and newer. 

Your ATI video card was originally for 'gamers' and should give
you reasonably quick video for your purposes. The newer drive
you have mentioned should give you quicker VM swap file
accesses and W95 is generally considered the more efficient
desktop GUI for Windows. 

I'm thinking your machine will be quite enjoyable as it is. :-)
