The Intel ones do. Cyrix have a chip called the 5X86, available in 133 and
100MHz so far it seems. The motherboard does seem to need special support
for these, and I'm not sure how you get 133 exactly (4 * 33 perhaps?)

AMD has released the 120; performance IS better than a P75, not sure what a
P90 should get for comparison.
