Most of the time, tracing through semaphore related code seems to make IPMD
hang. Sometimes the whole of the system hangs.

Trace over seems to work most of the time, but ISTR hangs with that too.
I got in the habit of seting a conditional flag and not compiling the
semaphore related code if I was planning to step through.

Note that I personally have only CSet 2.1. CSet 3.0 belonged to my employers,
and that contract is over. 

Both appeared to suffer these problems, although the IPMD in CSet 3.0 is 
clearly a more stable product.
