Jean Parrot -> August Abolins said.. JP> ..I sent you a reply last evening but it seems to not have JP> been sent ??? Here is another try ! Sometimes there is some delay with the host system. It depends when the host is scheduled to deliver. That's the sysop's prerogative. JP> That feed looks funny to me, last evening, my reply would not JP> show on the board and then this morning it was, along with a JP> second reply to you. Also, the messages, I seleted : order JP> received, are jumbled up to some extend, not really in order, JP> sequential. Some of that is dependent on the reader you are using. I can't really help you there. JP> It does not show the From To either, in the second JP> column, it only shows the From and then if I read a post, it JP> shows both in the header. What am I doing wrong ? I think I know what you mean. Ross' is the only system (the only one that I've come across sofar) that shows both names in the message LIST window. I like that. That way I can tell what message is technically an actual reply to me. Techware only shows the name of the author of a message. But as a "backup" system, I can live with that. --- Thunderbird 2.0.0.24 (Windows/20100228)* Origin: Fidonet Via Newsreader - http://www.easternstar.info (1:123/789.0) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 953 @PATH: 123/789 500 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
