Thanks for the information... I looked this up and tried it out too. Just
goes to show that you never stop learning.

WordPerfect became the world's standard word processor on the basis of the
quality of the program _and_ the truely excellent support. Now, the program
is still excellent, but as far as support is concerned, WP is just another
word processor. It's strange that neither Novell nor Corel seem to recognize
_why_ WordPerfect was so successful. You'd think they would have been (be)
vitally interested in promoting the success of a product, but that doesn't
seem to be the case.
As you say, it's a shame.
