WebExplorer is native OS/2, though, part of the basic Internet
Access Kit. Still, I tried it, and it didn't work. I really
wish the error message was more informative. The file it claims
it's looking for is where it's looking. If it has some other
problem, it should tell me about that one, not distract me.
