It is very, very important that the %s parameter is added.  It looks like it 
is not.  However, look at the foofoo.ram file and see if it has one of the 
other .ram files in it.

Hmmm.  Did you install WinOS/2 support?  RealAudio is a Windows program (I 
asked Progressive Networks to create an OS/2 version...)
