It's still very hard to give you an estimate from here, especially since most 
of us aren't electrical contractors. I do nearly all of my own electrical 
work, but have no idea what a contractor would charge for equivilant jobs. 
Again, you're talking more than a nickle-dime job, so you'd be best off 
getting a couple or 3 quotes from local contractors that are recommended by 
friends or someone you trust.
