The unlmitied offpeak here has been available for close to three 3 years,
but it's always been 15.  ON digital Cell 1, it replaced the free weekends
which were $15, and the same for GTE on digital.  The Analog rate plans
fail to offer that, and it's a shame because I'd rather use Analog than
digital truthfully.  Can you get unlimited offpeak on Analog?  I had it
as a special promotion for a year but after that went bye-bye I had to
go up to digital.
