Hello All!

If you FREQ "PQWKBETA" from me, you will get a version of PQWK
that has the following features:

1. adds "seconds" to avoid dupe problems
2. puts netmail in area called "NETMAIL" rather than the first area
3. READS THE TENMIN.TBL INSTEAD OF CONTROL.DAT in QWK2PKT!!!

None of this stuff has actually been tested, so anyone who wants these
features will have to let me know if they don't work.

Also, can you make sure that if you are currently using "-T" in
QWK2PKT, that you change it to "-Ttenmin.tbl", otherwise you will
have a very bad life. Either that or you can just get rid of the
"-T".

Two of the changes were trivial, and one required some work.  If you get
rid of the "-T" option from QWK2PKT, it has the most chance of
working. BFN, as it (should) bypass the complicated addition.  BFN.
