You mean the bones of those slow moving giants, oh wait not right they
actually ran, oh wait again they traveled in herds and liked to jump...
First they were gray like an elephant, then all of a sudden they were multi
colored..
The truth is nobody really knows, it's all just best guess (theory). Find
another planet where life is still in an early stage of development and
we'll know twice as much, find a dozen other planets and we'll have proof
of how it works.
