1 - You mean those big (or little) rings made from wire that look
like a nice round letter "C"?
2 - I don't know.
3 - I have a bunch holding the upholstery to my car's seat frames.
(I cheated...we still have a pair of hog ring pliers in the old
toolbox, and I once asked "what are those weird things for?".
