You chose too high a bandwidth for your connection. For my phone modem,
56k is too fast and the buffer empties. I think you can still record at
a high bandwidth as long as you don't mind the silence between buffer
fills.
If you open Z! and at the front screen, hit G and it allows you to
enter a URL.
