I can't really walk thru it now, but do recall from using it that 1) it
does work; and 2) it IS a little tricky to understand the interface.=20

Working from memory, you first hilight the routine you wish to edit;
select all the settings, including an enable check, and then press
something like Apply. To verify, select another one, notice the changes
on screen, and reselect the one of concern, again noting carefully the
screen changes.

There may also be timing issues, regarding different points of the
connection process.

Seed your batchfile with logging statements, to see if it's getting
called at all.
