Virtually all software has bugs, Synchronet and SBBSecho are exception.
However, the FTN MSG-ID is by-design (clearly) and definitely not a bug. I
would argue that software that uses time_t-based MSG-ID seriano's (like yours)
is broken. But I, personally, don't care about your software since I don't use
it and if some of your posted messages are discarded as dupes, I don't think
I'd notice or care too much. I still think you should fix your system though
because perhaps you or your users do care.
