Not sure. Tried these (IBMGU and they do work on my TP41):

10-08-04 13:30 23.609 0 ---- IBMGU.OS2
10-08-04 13:30 5.556 0 ---- IBMGU.sym
10-08-04 9:53 4.134 0 ---- ibmgu.nif

I ran the nicpak thinghy and it told me it couldn't find anything.
