Sauer DID show himself to be less ignorant than Klahn on the matter.  But
since the average turnip is less ignorant than Klahn, that is not much of a
compliment.

His reasoning is amazing.  He says that racism is a "key tenant" of
fascism, and that Dred Scott was racist, therefore it was fascist.  The
logic is laughable, and the lack of understanding of fascism is sad.

One of the DISSENTING opinions made such a suggestion, and one of Sauer's
nutty websites probably pulled the suggestion out of context.  He is just
mechanically parroting what he read.  The Court said that corporations have
rights similar to those of individuals when it comes to political speech. 
The federal law against foreign money applies to both corporations and
individuals!
