Hi.  I wrote a simple shortwave database program.  It has one
program which given a frequency and time will tell you who is
on.  Another program will take a language and a time and tell
you who is on.  However, there is no actual data provided.  Well,
unless you count Radio Finland's 1984 schedule.  So if you want
to use it, you'll have to type in your own data, or convince
everyone to post schedules in that fixed format etc.  I'll post
the uuencode of the zip file in the next message.  It is a 19k
text file though, so it may or may not make it through the system,
