As a 1st comment I'd like to say you should rule out anything having a 
resolution lower than 1.3 megapixel. For, I am pretty sure, in the end 
you will like it to make photo for something else than only the internet 
activities, which makes 1.3 megapixel the under limit (and only if the 
price is not over 50 box or so).
