RP>I think Starr can make a pretty good case for their tactics being
RP>deliberate, carefully planned, obstruction of justice, and evidently
RP>that's beginning to sink in.
RP>Betcha that executive privilege tactic gets shot down real quick too.
Oh ye of little faith. With Sydney Blumenthal calling his own press
conference to throw down the gauntlet, challenging Starr to continue down
this path and at the same time sayin in effect he WAS the one who leaked
all this nonsense and that it was, get this, his First Ammendment RIGHT to
do so, the charge of Obstruction of Justice is far from being a "slam
dunk".
What this ruling junta is doing is deliberately challenging not only the
authority of Ken Starr, but challenging the rule of law as well. That is
why I've taken to referring to the current occupant of the White House as
El Presidente, for he and his administration are as corrupt as any Western
Latin American tin horn dictatorship or ruling military junta. They all
share this belief that the law doesn't apply to them. That they are ABOVE
the law. And so far, they've shown that they are.
