None are benign from the pov of the people they dictate to.

As to policing the world, that's not our job, that's a job for the people
of the world. Our responsibility is only to set a good example and so far
we aren't doing real well..

The problem is we all still view the world as countries instead of as a
planet of free people where we all get together any time some dictator like
that nut in Korea get control of a population and take control back to the
people. The free people of the world shouldn't need a reason to go afer a
violent oppressive dictator like saddam or any of the others, it should be
expected of us all and a responsibility we all take seriously.

As to bush, he's an asshole. I think all our polititians have failed us but
I'm still willing to use them to change things more to my liking. I see
what's going on in Iraq as a positive step, it's got some nastiness yet but
things are moving in the right direction there. Also this whole terrorism
thing is simply a war between free people and those who want to impose
dictorial control on the world. The dictators (and dictator wannabe's) are
the danger we all face.

Bush is no threat, we'll be rid of him next year or 4 years after that,
it's been decided already. Everything he's done to our laws can be undone
if that's what we want.
