libc06*.dll is a requirement of scanimage - not Tame...

You can check if tame.exe can find all it's required dll's using=20
chkdll32.exe - available from Hobbes or from=20
http://smedley.info/chkdll32.exe

usage is 'chkdll32.exe tame.exe'
