Is there anything in popuplog.os2 that might give a clue as to what is 
wrong?  What version of Tame?  One of the new ones compiled by Paul 
Smedley?   I believe his versions have the required version of libc06.dll 
included in the program directory.   Have you maybe installed a new version 
of libc06.dll somewhere in the path?  Or removed "." from the front of 
LIBPATH?
