it looks as if os/2 was the villain, on both occasions i was running

bink/ppoint under it. funny, it used to run just fine that way. so

go  ahead and install all you like.

well how about getting an extra one of those cheap maestros for me

and i'll think about going vfast! actually, i may have to do

something soon, i may change my job (within the same company), on

the plus side, i get to play with the latest technology in disks and

pcs, work 9 to 5 , and get trips to japan. otoh i lose about 10

grand, and have to give back the maestro se that i currently have at

home to give remote support to the section in which i currently

work. it could even mean going back to 2400  (-8
