He's playing tricks with quotes to make me look bad. Find the original and
read the sentence right after that.
I was referring to the speed of the backup software anyway. Once the user
has finished selecting the files, the program only has to compile the file
list, and start dumping files to the drive. Since the drive is the slow
part of the whole operation, the file selection is the only major part of
the package that can be rated as far as speed goes.
