I found a WebExplorer 1.1h, which I installed over the 1.0
 WebExplorer that came with my Warp 3.0 IAK.  Installed fine.
 However, when I try to start it up, I get
                "Message catalog not found.  Check that
              'explore.cat' is in NLSPATH in CONFIG.SYS."
 Well, the line the installation put in my config.sys is
 set nlspath=j:\tcpip\msg\%n;
 I tried changing that to variants
 set nlspath=j:\tcpip\msg                (based on how ULSPATH path looks) 
nd
 set nlspath=j:\tcpip\msg\explore.cat    (based on what it seems to want)
 Neither works.  EXPLORE.CAT is, indeed, in that dir.  Anyone
 know what the line should look like to satisfy 1.1h?
... It doesn't matter what temperature the room is,
