I will conduct an election in June and hand over the "reins" in July.  I am 
heavily involved in college studies.  I find that my time is taken up by a 
large amount of paper writing and the required studying.  Having a full time 
military job does not make it any easier (and the drawdown did not help.)
But, if things work out, I will have my bachelor's degree in Information 
Systems Management and be working on my Master's degree.
