I am having a problem with calling out on my computer I have a 28800
and a 33600 modem which it came with. Each is hooked to it's own phone
line. If I have fd up on the 28800 and try to get mail with Juno on
33600 modem it gines a device error and won't dial. If I then close
FD it dials okay. If Fd is up and I use Hyperternal or telix I also
get a device error - won't dial. They are all configured to use the
33600 modem. If I close FD they will dial. If I run them before FD
thy'l work and if I proceed to start Fd they will continue to work.
Fd is on com2 with the Bnu fossil and runs great. I went into Win95
control panel and recheck all settings after I ran the two modem
setup wizard. The modem properties seems to be correct. The box for
the conflict list shows no conflicts.
 The compaq  28800 and 33600 reads respectively.

I closed all the other programs that were running to no avail.
If you have any ideas or suggestion I would like to hear from
you. Don't forget to give examples especially for anything in
Windows95.
 I wanted to use IRQ 5, 9 or 11 In Windows 95 but when
I tried to change it a message said it's not available and suggested
the nearest value that were already in use. Only 10 is showing no conflict.
04 has com1, 11 has two controllers an of course 03 for the 28800.
I also tried fossils 00X and winfossil with different switches it works
the first time after fd is up but when fd recycle from an exit and I try to  
redial with the 33600 modem I get the same error like before. I am running
out out of stuff to try.
