Current events are, sadly, as expected. The administrative mentality
of "ignore and it goes away" and/or "tell them what they want to hear
and do as you damn well please... after all, you're the boss, right?"
is in full swing.

Supervisor training 101 says to "ignore" the trouble maker if
possible. "Pacify" when you have to. "Remove" if you
can. Not always
in that order.

I was afraid that this whole thing would be an exercise in futility,
but had to make the effort for my own sense of principal. Sadly, it's
turning out as expected. :-((


FWIW, I'm re-writing P4 to reflect some much needed changes in
geography, definitions and other areas. I expect that it will never
fly.... even if I happen to publish it... but it's fun to write it
anyway. :)
