He'd have to have a brain to be brain-dead. Otto is a follower and cannot
understand that others have independent ideas. He can't imagine someone
making a decision on their own about politics.

His heros include the racist Harry Reid (yes, I know he's a fellow Mormon)
who cannot imagine an Hispanic person being a Republican.
