I don't have any network connection. I still use WinLink between 
the two computers. I have used interlink before sucessfully, but 
I wasn't sure that I could use it to install something on the 
laptop since it will probably update the win.ini  (and other 
*.ini files) on the desktop when I install Word 6.0 on the 
laptop. I will back up the key files on both computers, then 
give it a try.
