in that case you are right on the same host to connect from outside, so that
why loopback will not help you :)
loopback interface on linux stays local, eg you cant use it to connect to my
addr here ip wize
you will need to dnat in iptables imho, dual stacked hosts have ::1 so this
would work
if you have xinetd installed you can use a redirect listner
