The main problems with both DCC and MD is that 1/ they are not
exactly in universal use and 2/ they both use compression algorithms
to squeeze the data on to the media - not really a smart thing where
audio is concerned.
With the wide acceptance of ordinary CD's, both in music systems and
computers, means you are unlikely to give something to someone they
can't play.
