Hello All!

I have started a new echo called "ISO_C" for discussion of ISO C
programs. Translation for Bob Lawrence - that means that stuff that you're
writing too.

I have hooked everyone who I think isn't a COMPLETE BASTARD into the echo
already, because I know how much you all like to support the ISO C
standard.

If you think that I've made an error in judgement there, feel free to
unhook yourself from the echo.

Oh yeah, I guess the people using QWK readers and other dicky setups will
just get a message saying "Area ISO_C unknown" and the message
will be thrown away. Well don't worry, it's just the rules, they'll get
posted again in due course.

Bob Lawrence, could you start moving your C questions in there?  Thanks + bye.
