Use a savings account to avoid the debit taxes. What I do
in fact is on the very rare occasions I need a cheque, I
actually pay for a BANK CHEQUE! Citibank charges $3 for
that, and they'll post it to whereever I want too! Since
most of my withdrawals are through ATMs, I am better off
