The SW mod for the pro-43 sounds good but when I soldered a diode from
d1 to d5 the mod did not work.
Question:
]Does the new diode orient the same way as the others?
Is it neccessary to use the same kind of do (diode) -ma119 or whatever
or can a plain jane 1n1014 diode be used?
The mod description I got is vaug vague about the orientation and
installation of the diode from d1 to d5, and whether the diode is
attached to the annode or cathode of d1/d5 and how it is oriented- ie.
which way the diode is pointing.
Please help.
