I have recommended the RS brand power banks in the past. They do the
power through, but I have had the output switch off on occasion, perhaps
through overheating.

I can recommend the IKEA Solbana at £25, but &19 if IKEA Family. It is
10,000 mAh and I have been running one for months as a UPS.
