Hey, even the best of friends don't agree on everything, but they
don't try to smother one another by trying to put them in a box
either, right?
CH> Haven't missed a message since I got my new PC 2MB that crashed

HeeHee, sounds just me and my old 386, but this new one can be a
bit cantankerous at times too, can't seem to get Iomega and Norton
CrashGuard to recognize my "D" Zip drive or disk and it is giving
me a fit, but I just bought three new disks the other day locally
and two were fine for my backup disks, but the third one I am trying
to use for my recovery Zip Disk won't format so I am going to take
it back to the store and see if they will replace it as Norton's
Disk Doctor can't seem to fix it!
CH> Wot's ya' got on.......yer mind? ;)
DM> I tried to get in on your exchanges with William Elliot but
DM> could never figure what the two of you were ever talking about!
Nothing serious enough to worry over as far as I could tell! :)
DM> As usual, I'm ever off on a late goosechase after everyone else
DM> has already tired of a topic ....sort of like searching old

Sounds like me, a day late and hundred shovel fulls short! :)
DM> While beating around in such dustbins,
DM> "FRACTALS" peeked up at me and my curiosity (like a cat) had me

DM> of plotting dots on the screen.
Don't feel bad, I had A+'s in math and I still have to think hard
to add two and two to get five! :) But isn't plotting the dots
the easy part and the question is, will you be able to connect 'em?
DM> Also I reread the Naj Hamadi Gnostic Library again; several
DM> years and with wide sweeps through other material, I understood
DM> a lot more of what I was reading this time ....though still not
DM> a bell ringer .
I wouldn't mind reading that Library myself, does a local Library
have it?
DM> Also been some busy defending the President and boxing around
DM> with the IRAQi thing (other local conferences) ..........!
Well, so long as he is the President and is trying to protect the
interests of our country as well as others, we are duty bound to
back him IMHO!
DM> AND I still persue my own definition of importance
DM> on the other side of self ....a life quest !!!
Which is a pursuit worth pursuing IMHO! :)
DM> With each holiday I put together an elaborate decorated envelope
DM> package for the grandkids (4). The "St. Pats" version this year will
DM> have a write-up on their "IRISH" connection (actually Orange
DM> Scotch-Irish) on my wife's side, but close enough to the "Green"
. One of the best last year, on Halloween, was the story of their
DM> GGGGrandmother being attacked by a werewolf (lupu-minaru) in old
DM> Sicily. To spice it up I also told of my own birth beneath a full
DM> moon (May 9, 1933) and the "wicca marks" on my back. While
DM> researching the family history some time back, many old near
DM> forgotten tales came to light and I wrote them all down. Now I pass
DM> them on during appropriate holidays.
All of which sound interesting and especially to those grandkids
which I hope have an appreciation for their background and your
efforts! HeeHee, sounds kinda' like your GGGGrandmother passed
the werewolf's genes down to you, but I suspect that by now they
have weakened to the point that you like a bit of turning completely
into one, right? Of course you know that I am also of Irish decent
and a little of everything else mixed in, but as far as turning into
a werewolf, I got as far as the hairy part and quit! :) My first
cousin who was a Captain in the Air Force is working up our complete
family history now and I am waiting to see it and find out exactly
what kind of a sooner I truly am, but I already know that there is a
long line of preachers in my background on the Hogan side! My cousin
is a big time lawyer in Nashville now and he enjoys working on that
kind of thing and he can have it as I have done so much paper work in
my life that I am truly sick of it and if I had to do this writing by
hand, you would not be getting this message! ;) But fortunately, one
of my aunts had a typewriter when I was about 5 or 6 and it really
got my attention and I just had to take typing when I finally got into
high school and I took such an interest in it that I passed both books
in one year and received two credits cause we only had typing I & II
in the 40's!
DM> Bet you're sorry you asked "Wot's ya' got on.......yer mind? ;)"
Not really, for I know that you are a well dressed man of means! ;)
Nice to chat with you again David!
Just another humble servant of The Kingdom.......clarence.......
... Happiness: A modem, a rainy day and e-mail friends! :)))))))
