On bootup, OS/2 v 4.52 traps in the kernel.  I reboot several times and 
eventually it comes up.  The ERRCD can be 0000, 0002, 0003 or 0004.

Apparently CNTRL.EXE is involved in this as sometimes that will crash 
before OS/2 traps.

Anybody have any ideas
