Scott, sometimes I think you are just misunderstood, then you go and prove me 
wrong to myuself. To my understanding a notary being seen as an officer of 
the court is "sick" and misguided. The state issues the notary puublic and it 
has ABSOLUTELY NO LAW ENFORCEMENT IMPLICATIONS
I can see, with your attitude why you had your lockpick tools seized.
My guess is that you get everything you deserve.
Investigation companies have in general no "right" to burglary tools.
A lovcksmith does. period.
In my opinion, people with such dangerous misconceptions as yours are the 
onesthat bring the "heat down" so to speak.
