You could try telling them that Frank Blount, the top banana of Telecom,
has said that customers can call him personally on 03 632 0000 (free
call). I would try mentioning that you are considering doing that to the
local Telecomers first. Dont be surprised if you see a fleet of vans and
trucks all roll up and come and knock on your door |-)
