And you guys are ignoring the whole of history and focusing on one fact.

Frankly, I'm not so shocked that you belittle our participation given
what's happening now, but I am shocked that you would belittle your own
country's and others contribution to the war.

There's a LOT of things that would be very different if it were only a one
front war for Germany.  If it just were the eastern front Germany wouldn't
have lost so much manufacturing capacity to western bombers, nor tied up
the air force and other high tech forces, and would also have freed up more
ground forces for the east.  If it were just a western front Germany would
have a lot more ground forces to fight in the west.  Either way may have
tipped the balance in Germany's favor.
