Okay...i concurr...on the Zenith Royal 3000 it has FM but I was hoping 
to discover why it is no FM DX'ing/distant stations are heard...that was the 
main crux of the querie...As I have noted in some out of the way areas I 
still receive only those FM stations that are in the Eastern Washington 
area,notably Spokane and have not heard a peep outa other areas that would 
seem to be a sure thing for DX'ing...areas like Canada and Seattle are thw 
two I am thinking of mainly.
other than that...I guess alot of it depends on the solar activity? I'm still 
learning things about this hobby that confound me from time to time...
